Nuvista Pharma Granulation Process

Steps of granulation process:-

Production area:

1. Dispensing room
2. Granulation room
3. Compression room
4. Encapsulation room
5. Coating room.
6. In-process control  (IPC)
7. Washing room

Dispensing

Process of dispensing:

1. Requisition is given to warehouse for raw materials prior to granulation.
2. Raw materials are collected from warehouse through air lock and transferred to a clean dispensing room.
3. Before transferring the raw materials to the dispensing room following things should be checked:

ü  Materials are checked according to requisition

ü  Label check i.e. material is either quarantine, released or rejected

     Yellow label indicate---> Quarantine

      Green label indicate---> Released

      Red label indicate---> Rejected

ü  Mfg. date

ü  Exp. date.

4.      Dispensing condition (Temp, RH %) should be maintained.

5.      Weighing raw materials according to DOS (Dispensing Order Sheet)

6.      Checking of quantity dispensed.

7.      Excess material returned to warehouse.
